HOTEL INFORMATION:

CONFERENCE LODGING: The Ace Hotel is the host hotel. Please contact them directly to book your room at 503-228-2277. Be sure to say that you are with the NBTDA as the entire hotel is booked for the conference.

DEADLINE FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS IS Oct. 1, 2009.

The ACE hotel has a variety of rooms as shown below:

  • Standard room: 1 queen bed with private bath
  • Standard double: 2 full beds with private bath
  • Single w/shared bath:  1 queen bed with shared bathroom
  • Triple w/shared bath: 3 twin beds with shared bathroom
  • Junior deluxe: 1 queen bed with private bath
  • Superior deluxe: 1 king bed with private bath

ALTERNATE HOTEL

A block of rooms has been set up at the Mark Spencer Hotel, less than a block from the Ace Hotel conference venue. The nightly rate is $89 plus tax and includes continental breakfast. To reserve, call 800-548-3934. Identify yourself as an NBTDA conference attendee. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE.

The room block expires on Oct. 16. After that date, the rate is still valid, but rooms will be booked on an as available basis only.
